Favourite Film

My favourite film of all time is 'Hunger Games: Catching Fire' which is a sequel to 'The Hunger Game', it's based on Suzanne Collins novel. Catching Fire is the second part in 'The Hunger Games trilogy.'

Director:
Francis Lawerence

The Cast:
Jennifer Lawerence
Josh Hutcherson
Liam Hemsworth
Woody Harrelson
Elizabeth Banks
Lenny Kravitz
Philip Seymour Hoffman
Jeffery Wright
Stanley Tucci
Donald Sutherland

Genre: Science, Fiction, Adventure

Plot: After winning the 74th Hunger Games, Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark must go on the 'Victor's Tour" where they have to visit all the districts. However before leaving she visited President Snow, who believes Katniss defined him during the 74th Hunger Games when her and Peeta both chose to die. This leads them to both becoming the winners but on the other hand this may fuel up an uprising. Snow threatens that her loved ones will be in danger if she doesn’t convince Panem that her last act -pulling out the poisonous berries- was love not defiance.

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire earned $424,668,047 in North America and $439,897,616 in other countries for a worldwide total of $864,565,663. The film had 46 nominations and won 20 awards, Worldwide it's the 37th highest-grossing film

Catching Fire is the follow up to The Hunger Games so i was interested in watching the movie as i wanted to know what happens. I enjoyed this movie because the director and the actors presented it well, especially as each scenes was detailed. The fight scene was filmed with great special effects was entertaining to watch.
